What is the booking process?
It's simple! Once you've chosen your desired package, we'll send you a digital contract to sign and an invoice for a retainer fee to secure your date. Your session is officially booked once both are completed.
What is your turnaround time for photo delivery?
Typically, your private online gallery will be ready for viewing and selection within 3-5 business days after your session. Once you've made your selections, the final retouched, high-resolution images will be delivered within 2-3 days.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please refer to your signed contract for our detailed rescheduling and cancellation policy. We aim to be as flexible as possible and kindly ask for as much notice as you can provide.
